I got the chicken katsu here and it was really good, especially with the spicy sauce. I also really enjoyed their tempura vegetables and white rice. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

5 stars for what it is! I ordered online for pick up and it was ready to go as soon as I arrived. I'm glad I ordered beforehand because it is so busy around lunch time! Several people waiting and a couple in line. Decor is pretty minimal but it's clean and that's what matters most. I'm assuming most people take to go. Food was so good ... I did a chicken katsu bowl, actually a children's katsu bowl and it was the perfect amount! Chicken was crispy on the outside & tender in the inside. Came with a side of teriyaki sauce (regular or spicy - I chose spicy) and also ordered a spicy mayo. This is close to my work so I will be back most likely sooner than later. Hope they open a Clovis location in the future, I think it would do well.

Food is delicious, and service is so incredibly fast! I usually get the plate #1 Katsu Chicken, sub steamed veggies and a side of spicy Mayo. I recently had the tri tip, and it was equally delicious! Huge portions, great for the price. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome! I got the chicken katsu plate annnnd kenji fries with a side of the spicy mayo. Both we super delicious but those fries with the beef are the reason I will go back. Great, friendly and fast service. Kinda pricey but what isn't right now.

Interior was clean and nicely decorated for a quick teriyaki spot. Service was spectacular. The girl at the register was great about making recommendations since it was our first time. I LOVED my chicken salad. My husband thought his plate was ok. I'd go back for the salad any time. It was $17 including the chicken and it was huge.

First time. I usually go to Pete's but wanted to try this place. The chicken tastes just like Pete's special plate. So good!! Nice area to eat inside. Would definitely go back.

Ordered a takeout salmon bowl. The salmon was good and I liked the steamed veggies. The rice was a bit soggy for my preference. Nice portion size and they give lots of sauce. Service was good, I was able to quickly pick up my bowl with no issue as soon as I arrived. The restaurant was large with lots of seating.

Their salad with fried chicken with spicy sauce was very good. We also like to get their fried squid. The service is always quick. A good spot to grab something quick and tasty.

Great spot for lunch on my way to Yosemite from San Diego. Friendly service and big portions. Loved the food so much I ordered takeout. The teriyaki pork and beef had lots of flavor and was not overcooked.

Stumbled upon this place while leaving Target and thought I should give it a try. It was right at lunchtime during the week and they were busy. Inside was very nice and clean, quite a few tables available if you wanted to dine in, but I got mine Togo. I decided to get the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with dark meat and an order of Gyozas. I asked for extra sauce before the cashier gave me my total and the friendly cashier let me know it already comes with two sides which was great. Even with it being a busy lunch time, they were knocking orders out pretty quickly. When my # was called, the gal asked if I would like regular or spicy sauce for my two sides, I got one of each. When I got back to the office and opened it up, I thought the food and quantity of food was fantastic for the price! The quality was definitely there, chicken was juicy and the bowl was PACKED! I don't remember how many gyozas were in the order, because I was so hungry, but it was a lot. I will definitely go back and try more items on the menu. Great options for lunch!
